Internet/Mobile Banking Features
Citizens State Bank's Internet Banking allows you to safely and conveniently manage your bank account from any computer with an Internet connection. Likewise, with our handy Mobile Banking App any NetTeller user can access our Internet Banking service to manage your account from any smartphone or tablet. Whichever way you choose to access your account, you can do so 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Below are a list of functions you can perform with Internet Banking:
Check account balances: Use Internet Banking to verify how much money is in each account, as well as account activity such as whether or not a particular check has cleared. You can view account statements for your checking, savings, CD, IRA, and personal loan accounts.
Transfer funds: Need to transfer some money from your savings account over to your checking account? It's a breeze with Internet Banking and the Mobile Banking app!
Make loan payments: Make payments on the loans you have with Citizens State Bank through Internet Banking and the Mobile Banking app, which can help to ensure that your payments are on time, all the time.
Make bill payments**: Do you ever get in your car and drive halfway to work, only to remember that you left an important bill on your kitchen table that you absolutely had to mail that day? With Internet Banking, you can pay your bills online – anytime, anywhere. You can even use the Mobile Banking app to pay bills when you're away from your computer. Not only is it fast and convenient, but you'll also save money on the stamps you would have had to use to mail them!
Find Banking Centers and ATMs: Mobile Banking App users can quickly locate Banking Centers and ATMs by using the GPS system provided with your device.*** Regular Internet Banking customers can also find these resources by browsing the csbnow.com website and clicking the "Locations" link at the top of the page.

* Citizens State Bank customers wishing to use Internet Banking must first register with the bank and be assigned a 12-digit ID in order to set up a user name and password. Customers wishing to utilize the Mobile Banking App must have an existing Internet Banking user name and password, which they can use to log in after the app is installed on a mobile device. ** Internet Banking customers must first setup transfer and bill pay accounts prior to using these features – see the "Online Bill Pay User Guide" for instructions on how to do this. ***The GPS function is limited to locating our banking centers and ATMs. Please refer to your carrier and service plan for any applicable fees.
