Be alert when it comes to phone calls from “your bank” asking you for information like your debit card number, online login credentials, passwords, and more. We’ve been notified of customers receiving calls from “CSB” asking for personal information, and we will never ask for those items if we’re contacting you.  Please stay vigilant and do not give them information.
If you are ever suspicious of a call, please hang up and call us back directly. Please also call the bank directly, if you feel you have given out information to the wrong person.
