Attention Android Users,
CSB’s online banking app has detected a vulnerability with Android devices, which is being fixed on November 7th, 2022.
The update will cause all two-factor authentication, biometric settings (fingerprints and facial recognition), and 4-digit pins in the CSB Digital Banking app to be reset. Display options may be affected as well.
These can all be set up again after logging in for the first time after the fix on November 7th.
