CSB has seen record growth over the last few years, and our Ag Team has grown along with it. Bringing in more experience, and passionate individuals who truly understand what our Ag customers’ needs are,our team is ready to help you with your visions and dreams for the future.
OUTLOOK FOR 2024
As our Ag Team and our customer base grows, so does our ambition to provide new and current customers with the resources they need to be successful. As a CSB Ag Team, we have decided to launch the CSB Ag Blog. This will be an additional resource for you to use to get to know the newer faces of CSB, learn a little more about those that have been here for many years, and ultimately be used as an additional platform to share with you different current topics and programs available in the agricultural industry.
Here at CSB we feel it is important that your lender stays up to date on all things happening in the agricultural industry so that we can be a more efficient resource for you and your operation. We encourage our employees to attend conferences, plot days, and seminars in order to gain a wide variety of knowledge to help our customers. It is not always easy for you to get away from day-to-day responsibilities in order to attend some of these events that are very informative to the industry, therefore as your lender, we make it our priority.

Looking into all that 2024 has to offer, we have already begun building out our event schedule. As always, we strive to be heavily involved in our community. We believe that is the backbone of our business today. If you know of an industry event that either you are attending or would have liked to attend, please reach out to your lender here at CSB. Schedule permitting, we will do our best to send an attendee to gather information and support the hosting program.
